INTELLIGENCE-LED INVESTIGATION & SURVEILLANCE
Detailed research, reconnaissance and background checks are undertaken prior to commencing any investigation, ensuring that we are properly informed about the subject of the investigation. By doing so, we avoid wasting time potentially investigating the wrong person or looking at the wrong location. Our elite investigators, working in teams, are deployed to each assignment and provide market-leading surveillance expertise. Video footage is secured of the subject of the investigation, providing an evidence trail of activities undertaken. This evidence is secured in a legal, compliant and ethical manner and provides one of the strongest available means of evidence for court/legal purposes.
SERIOUS FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS
Our Serious Fraud investigations are co-ordinated by Martin Ryan, our in-house Solicitor. Martin has specialised experience and expertise over 40 years in Serious Fraud/general and serious crime and Money Laundering investigations, having been a Partner in one of the leading and specialised Serious Fraud and Crime Solicitor’s firms in the UK and an Agent Prosecutor for the UK Department of Trade and Industry where he investigated hundreds of serious fraud cases.

CLAIMS INVESTIGATION & INTERVIEWING
Our Claims Investigation service is overseen by our in-house Solicitor, Martin Ryan. Martin is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors and Member of the Law Society of Ireland and is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. With his experience and expertise in directing cases and investigations, interviewing witnesses, obtaining statements, etc., he is ideally suited to the successful operation of our Claims Investigation service. Locus reports are carried out by
former members of the UK Police. We provide clients with quality Solicitor services without them having to pay Solicitor prices.
SIU SUPPORT & COMPLIANCE SERVICES
Spotlight Corporate Investigations works with a number of Special Investigation Units within insurance companies to provide operational support ‘in the field’. We are, in effect, an extension of the SIU and provide the ‘boots on the ground’ regarding field investigations and intelligence gathering.

Our Profilers are specially trained in OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) research. Open Source intelligence is a multi-method means of collecting, analysing and making decisions about data which is accessible in publicly available sources.

DRONE SURVEYING, PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
We provide unmanned (Drone) aerial investigation services throughout the United Kingdom. This has proved to be an effective and inexpensive means of providing aerial surveys for a multitude of commercial enterprises as well as assisting in the investigation of insurance claims, for example, offering aerial footage of an accident locus, fire/property damage, etc.
CCTV, VIDEO FOOTAGE & DOCUMENT REDACTION
We redact documents or video footage to delete or mask information. We ensure your video footage or documents are fully compliant and do not leave you exposed to a potential breach of GDPR and privacy legislation. If you are required to disclose your file, or elements of it, to your Opposites or have been subject to a Data Access Request, we guarantee a quick and efficient data redaction service to keep you fully compliant and protected.

AERIAL SEARCH & RESCUE/ RECOVERY OPERATIONS
Spotlight Corporate Investigations provides aerial search and rescue/recovery services using a Beech Baron aircraft. The aircraft has a range of 1000 miles and is capable of flying out of an 800-metre runway. It has recently been involved in a marine search and rescue operation off the west coast of Ireland and the transportation of two UK marine engineers to a remote island off the coast of Germany to carry out repairs to a ship that had run aground. The aircraft and pilot are ready to be deployed at short notice.
EMPLOYEE INVESTIGATION & VETTING
We monitor the behaviour of suspect employees to confirm that they are where they should be and doing what they should be doing. We also carry out surveillance of employees suspected of criminal/fraudulent practices in the workplace or those who claim to be unable to attend work owing to illness, injury etc. We carry out comprehensive pre and post employment checks on individuals to confirm the bona fides of their CVs and to verify that they are who they say they are. Publically-available resources are screened for information concerning such individuals that may not have been included in their job application/CV so that their suitability for the role can be accurately assessed.
